Your Role: Audit Senior
As an Audit Senior, you’ll be a key player in delivering high-quality audit services and supporting the growth of our team. You’ll work closely with managers, colleagues, and clients, developing strong relationships and building a career you can be proud of.
Your Mission
What you’ll be doing day to day
In this role, you’ll take ownership of audit assignments from start to finish, planning and delivering high-quality fieldwork while keeping everything running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in coaching and supporting junior team members, ensuring everyone has what they need to succeed. Clear, confident communication with clients and colleagues will be second nature to you, as will contributing to the team’s overall success while developing your own career.

You’ll be working alongside a wide range of people, including clients from different industries, experienced Audit Managers and Directors, and a team of supportive colleagues across the practice. Collaboration will be at the heart of your role, whether you’re mentoring trainees or working closely with other departments to deliver the best results.
What You’ll Bring
Skills and experience we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with at least two years’ experience in an accountancy practice or similar environment, who’s motivated to continue studying for their ACA or ACCA qualification. You’ll have strong communication skills, be comfortable using MS 365 software, and be committed to your personal growth. Most importantly, you’ll share our values of opportunity, fairness, transparency, personal responsibility, and teamwork.
