Your Mission
What you’ll be doing day to day
As the MD’s Personal Assistant, you will manage complex diaries, coordinate travel and meetings, and prepare reports, presentations, and supporting documentation. You’ll act as a key liaison between the MD and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and timely follow-up on strategic priorities.

You’ll liaise closely with the MD, other directors, key stakeholders, clients, and Team Co-Ordinators. Your role will connect all levels of the business, ensuring everyone has the information and support needed to operate efficiently.
What You’ll Bring
Skills and experience we’re looking for
You’ll be proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills and high levels of discretion are essential. Experience supporting directors or partners in a professional services or accountancy environment, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, will help you hit the ground running.
